SHIPPING POLICY — PRE-ORDER

Thank you for placing a pre-order! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after your purchase.


Pre-Order Processing & Production

All pre-order items are made to order. Once your order is placed, production takes 7–8 business days. Because these items are produced specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

After production is complete, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Production: 7–8 business days
  • Transit to us: 3–4 business days
  • Processing & fulfillment on our end: 1–3 business days
  • Total estimated time from order to shipment: 11–15 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic delivery times vary by carrier and location.


Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — Rates calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping — Available for an additional fee; expedites your delivery once your order has shipped from us. Please note that express shipping does not speed up production time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not moved in an unusual amount of time, please contact us at fantnyneco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
